If there is one thing I love, it is snacking. That’s why I thought I’d do a little series on snacks here on the blog. I don’t know how frequent it’ll be or what kind of snacks I’ll be doing, but for today I’m sharing with you one of my favourite things lately. Get ready for the amazingness that is edible raw cookie dough.
What you’ll need:
- ½ cup packed brown sugar (can be substituted with regular sugar)
- 2 TBSP butter, softened
- 1/8 tsp vanilla
- 1 and ½ TBSP milk
- 1/3 cup flour
- Pinch of salt
- Whatever add-ins you like: chocolate chips, M&Ms, nuts, etc.
Step 1: Cream together softened butter and sugar.
Step 2: Add in flour, vanilla extract, milk, salt and flour
Step 3: Mix it all together
Step 4: If you want to add something in (I recommend chocolate, oreos or kitkat)
Step 5: I recommend refridgerating it for a while because it makes it firmer and less runny.
And that is it! It is that simple, and then you’ve got yourself an absolutely delicious treat! Speaking off… I have some more waiting for me in the fridge, and now I really want some.
